To successfully submit your predictions and process your payment, follow these two simple steps for each score you want to enter:

1. Enter Score: Input your predicted score for the match in the empty boxes (e.g., 2-1).

2. Confirm Entry (Crucial Step): You must click the checkbox corresponding to your prediction line.

Your total payment amount will automatically accumulate based on the number of checkboxes you select.

• Each checked box adds £5 to your total.

• The final amount due will be displayed at the bottom of the form (e.g., if you check 3 boxes, the total will be £15).

Example: If you predict a 2-1 score and a 1-1 score, you must check both boxes to submit £10.

Note: You may submit multiple entries (each £5) to increase your chances of selecting the correct score.
